I've been obsessed with the concepts of inner healing, transformation & shadow work for the longest time, trying to work through deep-rooted traumas to step into the version of me that's hidden beneath it all.
I started going through an inner transformation during my first 10-day silent meditation retreat in 2015. And each retreat since then has allowed me to see and connect with new parts of myself. My most recent retreat in July 2022 finally culminated into this collection, where I saw the patterns of these changes more clearly.
When I allow myself to journey within, sit & talk to my traumas, I first burn from the discomfort, then heal & rise. There is no quick fix, but the more we focus on healing ourselves, the better life is for us and those around us.
